Targeting also covers how to address specific target audiences as not all customers like to be catagorised quite so readily as is efficient for you. There is a natural overlap with research and being able to use TGI (Target Group Indexing - The government statistics bureau tool) and Media Monitoring facilities are highly important to a companies success.

The general course is our greatest area of success and most commonly offered assistance. Most companies we serve dip into this knowledge-base and experience at some point. There are three general levels we offer: an overview - where we visit and learn about the company, it's people, products and market offering a very general overview that you can use post-course to polish skills, and implement deficient programmes and policies not currently employed. A higher level where we develop the basics from the lower course and show you the nuances and techniques of the implementation that you might not have otherwise appreciated. Level three takes all the elements of the previous two courses to the highest level, detailing the professionalism necessary in the modern efficient and competitive world.
